Organic Certifications
Modesto Milling holds organic certifications and does business with vendors who hold organic certifications. Many of our clients insist on certifications, because it helps them maintain their own certified status.

The National Organic Program (NOP) develops, implements, and administers national production, handling, and labeling standards for organic agricultural products. The NOP also accredits the certifying agents (foreign and domestic) who inspect organic production and handling operations to certify that they meet USDA standards.Learn more here. |

Oregon Tilth is a nonprofit research and education membership organization dedicated to biologically sound and socially equitable agriculture. Oregon Tilth offers educational events throughout the state of Oregon, and provides organic certification services to organic growers, processors, and handlers internationally. Learn more here. Organic Materials Review Institute (OMRI) is a national nonprofit organization that determines which input products are allowed for use in organic production and processing. OMRI Listed — or approved — products may be used on operations that are certified organic under the USDA National Organic Program. Learn more here.
